LOCAL TRAVELLER RATES:
Many people like to opt for a relaxing "stay-cation". Local travel is simple, affordable, and close by! Allow yourself to be surprised by a unique relaxing get-away here at our B&B. We encourage the idea of local travel to build community connections and save on fossil fuels.

Our reduced "local" travel rate is for those living in the Waterloo Region, or within a 50 km (25 mile) radius. Rate: $65/single; $85/couple per night.

The Black Walnut Guest Space

Little City Farm offers the entire second floor of our home to guests. Refinished original pine floors, eco-friendly paints, local artwork, handmade pottery dishes, well stocked tea cupboard, and organic/natural furnishings, make this space a relaxing healthful retreat.

The guest space has a private entrance and features a main bedroom (with double bed), breakfast nook, full guest bathroom (with toilet, sink, bathtub/shower), and a small reading room (with pull-out double futon). Internet and large tea selection are always available.

This guest space allows all the privacy you need, with easy access for coming and going from our B&B during your stay with us.

Regular Guest Rates:
$75/single guest per night
add $20/additional adult

Local Guest Rates:
$65/single guest per night
add $20/additional adult
add $10/additional child

Payment Methods:
We are a small establishment and can only accept payment by cash (please inquire if you prefer to pay by cheque).

Make a Reservation

Please contact us by phone or email to make your B&B reservation. There is no down-payment required to hold your booking. We ask that you please consider giving a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your booking.

Check-in/Check-out Times

Check-in time for guests is between 4:00-6:00 pm, unless otherwise arranged in advance. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
