The Black Walnut Guest Space

Little City Farm offers the entire second floor of our home to guests. This guest space has a private entrance and features a main bedroom (with double bed), cozy breakfast nook, full guest bathroom (with toilet, sink, bathtub/shower), and a small reading room (with pull-out double futon).

This guest space allows all the privacy you need, with easy access for coming and going from our B&B during your stay with us.

Rates for Guest Space

Regular Guest Rates: $75/single guest per night
add $20/additional adult, or $10/additional child (kids under 12 free)

Local Guest Rates: $65/single guest per night
add $20/additional adult, or $10/additional child (kids under 12 free)

We want to encourage local travel, to build community and save fossil fuels! Consider a local holiday right in your own city. Our "local" rates are for those within the Waterloo Region, or 50 km (25 mile) radius.

Check-in time for guests is between 4:00-6:00 pm, unless otherwise arranged in advance. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
