WE USE LOCAL, ORGANIC & WHOLESOME INGREDIENTS: For our baking we use organic locally grown/milled wholegrain flour from Oak Manor Farm. Most of our baking is done with spelt flour. We use organic local dairy, free-range eggs, local maple syrup & honey, as well as non-GMO oils, and organic nuts & seeds.

ORGANIC SOURDOUGH BREAD & FRESH FRUIT PIES!
Sourdough bread made with locally milled and/or grown organic flour! Weekly rotating bread varieties include: local oats & honey, bohemian rye, 10-grain, herb, sunflower-flax, cranberry pumpkin seed, spelt, whole wheat, and more.
Fresh fruit pies vary with what is locally available and in season, including apple, cherry, berry, peach, pumpkin.
Bread Schedule for 2011: We provide our bread and pies weekly to members of the Fertile Ground CSA (Community Supported Agriculture), from June through October, during their weekly CSA pick-up days (Tuesdays from 3:30-6 pm).
