WOOD-FIRED PIZZA DINNERS BY REQUEST
In 2006 we built our outdoor wood-fired bake oven using cob (clay-sand-straw). We love using the oven and bake in it on a twice weekly basis during the warmer months of the year. When we have the time, bread is generally baked on Mondays and pizza is baked on Fridays. We are offering several dates where you can drop by to see the oven in action (May 26, June 22, other dates by special request).
PIZZA DINNERS FOR OUR BED & BREAKFAST GUESTS:
During the summer months we offer scrumptious vegetarian wood-fired pizza dinners for our B&B guests on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays between 6-8 pm. Please note, we are no longer offering pizza dinners for non-bed and breakfast guests.
Enjoy a unique rustic "garden cafe" atmosphere right here at our urban homestead. Dinners include organic wholegrain wood-fired pizza loaded with seasonal garden ingredients, fresh salad made with local organic ingredients, and a homemade dessert (e.g. pies, crumbles, etc). Wheat-free, gluten-free, and vegan options available by special request.
