A delicious perennial vegetable that will enrich your spring garden year after year. Once established, you can harvest plentifully! Rhubarb is most often eaten cooked and sweetened, for example used in desserts (pie, crumbles) or drinks (juice, wine) and syrups! Has a rich tart flavour. Note that only the stalks are eaten - the leaves are poisonous so are not to be ingested.
This rhubarb is dug from our garden, and will come as an established plant in a large pot. It is ready to be transplanted to your garden immediately.
